Confirmation Small Group Format:
Confirmation students in grades (6th-8th) will be divided into small groups according to their grade level. Each group will have a mixture of boys and girls all and will have two leaders. The purpose of the small group will be to discuss and process material covered throughout the Wednesday worship service.
Parent/Family Night: On the first Wednesday of the month parents or an adult is required to accompany your student in Confirmation. Here parents have an opportunity to learn what their students are doing in Confirmation. This also gives them an opportunity to participate and discuss with them on a variety of topics throughout the year!
Confirmation runs from 6:15-7:30 PM on Wednesday nights!
DURING LENT: Students will be asked to attend the Lenten services on Wednesday night beginning with Ash Wednesday.

A Quick View Of Confirmation At Our Savior’s
The Confirmation program at Our Savior’s is a three-year program for students in grades 6 – 8. We try to allow for both large-group activities as well as individual or small group work and discussion.
Materials that we study varies each year. Students attend our “Wednesday Worship” to begin confirmation and end discussing material in their small groups. Here students work through a variety of Scriptures and lessons from the Old Testament, New Testament and Catechism.
Some nights will be scheduled service events or fellowship nights, which are great opportunities to connect with each other, and to make a difference in our community.
Students are confirmed in May of their 8th grade.
