We are seeking a collaborative, faith-centered leader to guide a vibrant, connected pathway of faith formation for children, youth, and families. Working with pastors, staff, congregational leaders, and volunteers, this position provides vision, develops meaningful programs and learning experiences, and helps children, youth, and families grow in belonging, discipleship, worship, service, and faith practices at home.
Job Details
- Pay: $45,760-$54,080 annually; depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week; generally, Sunday–Thursday. In person/onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead faith-formation programs for children, youth, and families.
- Plan curriculum, events, and ministry experiences.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers and teachers.
- Build relationships with families, staff, and ministry partners.
- Coordinate ministry plans and resources, evaluate programs, and supervise ministry staff.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent theological education and experience.
- Experience leading faith-formation or ministry programs.
- Prefer familiarity with Lutheran theology, worship, and faith practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage priorities and use Microsoft or Google Suite programs.
